Oxford YASA Motors is a young and dynamic new company, based in Oxfordshire that was formed to commercialise new electric motor technology initially developed by the University of Oxford. The company initially focussed on commercial growth in niche-automotive markets but has now expanded to include major automotive OEM's, renewable energy, industrial and aerospace applications where high torque and efficiency motors and generators are required.

The company is continuing to grow its Engineering and Operations team to manage design, development and support of the novel YASA™ motor in automotive and other market sectors and we are seeking world class people to join our team and contribute to the success of the company. Our customers range from niche-automotive car developers, motor racing teams to larger automotive OEMs giving rise to a diverse range of projects, engineering challenges and new product development opportunities. The company is expanding its dynamic team who are able to apply and extend themselves across a broad range of activities while maintaining project schedules, budgets and exceeding customer expectations.
