The Quality Management System is integrated into all aspects of the Business Management system and has been designed to provide clear and unambiguous guidance and instructions. The objective is that each product is manufactured and tested consistently to the highest appropriate standard.

All staff will, at all times, give of their best efforts and commitment to ensure the contents and intentions behind our approach to the management of quality assurance, encompassed by this system, are diligently and enthusiastically implemented. This approach will ensure we are truly focussed on our customers and their needs across the Company.
All staff are required to bring to the attention of the Chief Executive Officer, or to those charged with the maintenance and improvement of the System, any deficiencies or potential improvements to these policies and procedures. They will contribute to the continual improvement of the Quality Management System.
